Airport District
The Quonset Airport, managed by Rhode Island Airport Corporation and operated by Landmark Aviation is a general aviation facility with an 7,500 ft runway, a staffed control tower, and an Instrument Landing System.

Commerce Park
The Commerce Park District offers the largest amount of available land with sewer capacity, suitable for tenants requiring large parcels. Permitted uses include general manufacturing, warehousing and wholesaling, research and development facilities, or office.

Davisville Waterfront
The Port of Davisville offers 4,500 linear feet of berthing space, consisting of two piers, a bulkhead, on-dock rail and 14-acre laydown area. Permitted land uses include marine industrial, marine business, marine construction support, marine supply retail as well as boat and marine equipment rental.

Gateway
$144 million mixed-use 64-acre development is underway and will include a local grocer, office space, Lowe's, Kohl's, in line retail, restaurants and a hotel.

Kiefer Park
This District currently has businesses such as Goldline Controls Inc., Dominion Diagnostics, LLC, Fujifilm Electronic Materials U.S.A., Falvey Cargo Underwriting and Emissive Energy. Kiefer Park provides opportunities for light industrial uses including manufacturing, research and development, warehousing and wholesaling as well as light assembly.
North Davisville
Offers several development sites ranging from 1.4 to 12.5 acres for light industrial uses.

Quonset
This District currently has tenants such as Electric Boat/General Dynamics, Senesco and Toray. General Industrial uses are permitted including fabrication, material processing, packaging, distribution, offices and manufacturing facilities.
West Davisville
The western most district of the Park. West Davisville provides opportunities for a wide range of industrial activities related to office, manufacturing facilities, and warehouse operations.
