Companies looking to locate to the Quonset Business Park® can take advantage of ready to build sites, competitively priced land, infrastructure improvements and access to quality workforce. The Business Park is managed by QDC, a quasi public real estate development and property management company.

The Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation (RIEDC) is the full service, official economic development organization for the state of Rhode Island. A quasi-public agency, the Corporation serves as a government and community resource to help streamline business expansion in, and relocation to, Rhode Island. The Town of North Kingstown has an economic development tax incentive for qualifying businesses located at the Quonset Business Park that are used for manufacturing or commercial purposes, including new buildings, new structures and/or additions to existing buildings or structures used essentially for offices, manufacturing or commercial enterprises and not for residential purpose. The incentive provides for the phasing in of property taxes over a period of six years.
