Survey Says... Kohl's First Shopping Season a Success!

Visitors to the new Kohl's said they enjoyed the experience of shopping at the first anchor store to open at the Gateway. "The shops are convenient for shopping prior to work, during lunch or after work," said one customer who responded to an informal online survey.

"We live less than 5 miles away and have been to Kohl's numerous times already," another wrote. In addition to Kohl's and Lowe's, construction is underway to open a 23,000-square-foot Dave's Marketplace, a locally owned and operated supermarket.

"The Quonset Gateway is a perfect fit for a new Dave's Marketplace," said Dave's Bob Fabiano, Director of Store Development. "The new market will mirror our stores located in Wickford and East Greenwich with great fresh produce and seafood, a butcher shop, baked goods and, of course, prepared foods made in our own kitchen."

The open-air center is offering retail spaces from 1,000 to 6,500 square feet, and office spaces from 1,000 to 10,000 square feet.
