Bus Service

The Rhode Island Public Transportation Authority (RIPTA) currently has bus service to the Quonset Business Park® via the bus route 14-West Bay outbound/inbound Providence to Newport/ Narragansett.

The bus enters the Business Park and makes stops at Electric Boat and Kohl's in the morning and evening. In addition the bus typically stops outbound on Post Road across from the Gateway at Quonset Point (at Burger King) and inbound on Post Road in front of the Gateway. When Phase I of the Gateway at Quonset Point is completed the bus will pull into the Business Park via Gate Road with three stops on each side of the road, then will proceed down Gate Road and go around the round-about to reverse direction to get back onto Post Road to continue its route.
