QDC's Commitment to Transparency
As a state-quasi entity, the Quonset Development Corporation is committed to providing the public with transparency and accountability. QDC was established through Enabling Legislation and in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, QDC may propose new or amended rules as needed. The Rulemaking Agenda can be found on the RSS feed from the Rhode Island Secretary of State’s Proposed Rules and Regulations. Please see our Board of Directors for meeting information.
Public Records Request
The Quonset Development Corporation instituted procedures for the public to obtain public records as outlined in the Access to Public Records Act, R.I. Gen. Laws §38-2-1, et. seq.
