Governor McKee highlights momentum at Quonset and across Rhode Island

Gov Dan Mckee

Gov. Dan McKee recaps recent success at Quonset and throughout Rhode Island, including critical upgrades to the Port of Davisville in the October edition of the New England Real Estate Journal. The piece highlights Quonset’s future as a critical offshore wind hub, continued expansion at the Business Park, a new workforce development program for clean energy jobs, small business support and more.

“This year has already brought significant economic progress for the state of Rhode Island, and nowhere is this more noticeable than at the Quonset Business Park,” writes Gov. McKee. “The Quonset Business Park will play a key role in the construction and maintenance of the Revolution Wind farm by preparing the Port of Davisville to support the offshore wind industry with a $234 million master plan.”
