Chelsea Siefert Assumes New Role as QDC’s Chief Operating Officer

Chelsea PBN

Chelsea Siefert has been promoted to the role of QDC’s Chief Operating Officer after four successful years as Quonset’s Director of Planning and Development. As COO, she will continue to serve as the liaison between QDC and its over 200 companies, developers, regulatory agencies and our partners in local, state and federal government.

Chelsea has played a key role in overseeing planning operations at the 3,200-acre Business Park. This includes the critical $235 million Port of Davisville Master Plan and major upgrades that will position Quonset as a hub for the offshore wind industry. She has also led the continued development of Quonset’s 365,000 sq. feet, 10-building Flex Industrial Campus and the launch of RI Ready, a program to activate industrial sites across Rhode Island to create an inventory of pre-permitted properties that will spur economic development.

“Chelsea’s top priority has always been delivering the world-class infrastructure that allows Quonset to continue driving Rhode Island’s economy forward,” said Steven J. King, P.E., Quonset’s managing director. “We look forward to her continued leadership as our COO here at Quonset.”
