Quonset offers more than your typical business park with a variety of amenities. The mixed-use center along the U.S. Route 1 commercial corridor offers retail shipping along with a grocery store, and hotel. There is public access to beaches and a 4-mile public bike path. Public Beaches
Blue Beach
Blue Beach offers scenic views down the West Passage of Narragansett Bay. The walk from the parking area to the beach is via a beautiful 1,000-foot stone-dust walking path. The parking area has 10 spaces and seasonal portable toilets.
Compass Rose Beach
Compass Rose Beach has scenic views of the West Passage of Narragansett Bay, including the Jamestown Bridge. The parking area has 50 spaces, a picnic area, tables, and seasonal portable toilets. Winter parking is limited to 6 spaces.
Spink Neck Beach
Spink’s Neck Beach is a narrow, sandy strip located off Patrol Road not far from the North Kingstown Marina. The beach area has views of Narragansett Bay from Patience Island to Jamestown with 10 parking spaces and seasonal portable toilets.
Calf Pasture Beach
Calf Pasture Point is operated by the Town of North Kingstown. The beach can be accessed from QDC Bike Path Parking Lot which has seasonal portable toilets. You must travel by foot or bike approximately 1 mile along the North Kingstown Bike Path.
Beach Rules
- Open approximately April 15th – November 30th from sunrise to sunset.
- No lifeguard on duty
Swim at your own risk
- Dogs must be leashed and picked up after
- Remove all trash
- No Alcoholic beverages
- No overnight parking
- No campfires

Conference Room Rentals
The Quonset Development Corporation Offers two affordable private meeting spaces for rent within the Park.
The QDC Annex Building located at 95 Cripe Street is ideal for larger meetings and seminars with seating up to 50.
The Gateway Office Building at 70 Romano Vineyard Way offers a more intimate setting with seating up to 12.
