All companies performing stevedoring services, or any loading or unloading of cargo on the terminals at the Port of Davisville are required to possess a valid stevedoring license issued by the Quonset Development Corporation.
Billing and Tariff Schedule
The Quonset Development Corporation Manages the Port of Davisville. Payments for Port services must be made in advance by wire transfer, money order, or certified bank check made payable to the Quonset Development Corporation.

Port Security Forms
The Port of Davisville piers are a Maritime Transportation Security Act–restricted area. A Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card is required for unescorted access.
Alternatively, a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state identification card may be provided.
For workers with a TWIC frequenting the Port, a free Port of Davisville Identification card may be issued to expedite entry to restricted areas.
