Thanks to @SenJackReed, @SenWhitehouse, and @Rep_Magaziner for delivering $3.8 million to support our work at Port of Davisville's Pier 1.
The project will support the offloading of automobiles and preserve our position as a Top 10 auto importer.
Construction continues at the Port of Davisville.
Reconstructing Pier 1 will increase the Port's capacity by over 100 percent, more than doubling the number of berths available for cargo ships and offshore wind service vessels.
