Tenth, and final, Flex Industrial building approved by QDC Board

Quonset’s successful flex industrial campus, established in 2017, fills a void in the commercial real estate sector by providing modern industrial and warehouse space for growing businesses. When completed, the campus will be comprised of 10 buildings totaling 335,000 square feet of industrial and office space.

“Many New England businesses have outgrown their current spaces or aren’t equipped to renovate or complete a full build-out,” explained Chelsea Siefert, chief operating officer of the QDC. “The flex industrial campus bridges the gap by leasing flexible space that is equipped for growth.”

The recent board approval reflects the momentum outlined in Quonset’s 2023 annual report, which highlighted the completion of Buildings #6 and 7, totaling 70,000 square feet of space. This year, Buildings #8 and 9 will add an additional 70,000 square feet.  All completed buildings are fully leased to 18 companies, including Regent Craft and Revolution Wind.
