Quonset is a proud pillar of the North Kingstown community. In commemoration of the town’s 350th anniversary, Port Director Joe Riccio (pictured left) and Director of Engineering & Construction Gregory Coren (pictured right) attended North Kingstown Day at the State House to share news from the Business Park with state legislators and the public, including new office space available for lease and the major infrastructure projects underway to upgrade and expand the Port of Davisville.

Quonset businesses are proving that energy efficiency is good for the environment and the bottom line.

Through our partnership with RI Energy, Seifert Systems completed improvements that will save 22,000 kWh of electricity and over $4,500 annually.

We're proud to celebrate two QDC employees who go above and beyond. Toni DaLomba and Dylan Barbosa are both recent Employees of the Month and instrumental in QDC's day-to-day operations. Congratulations to Toni and Dylan! QDC is lucky to have them.

Since 1941, the Port of Davisville's Pier 1 has been supported by 1,500 wooden pilings. More than 80 years later, we're replacing them with new steel pilings, adding decades to the pier's service life and supporting increased port activity.

We're excited to be partnering with Moran Properties to bring 140 new apartments to Quonset, helping employers attract and retain the talent they need and making it easier for Rhode Islanders to live closer to their jobs.
