Rhode Island Ready funding is still available

RILCT Convention ()

The Rhode Island Ready (RI Ready) program, launched as an extension of the successful Quonset Site Readiness model, is helping create new jobs and economic growth by preparing industrial sites for development.

Through strategic investments in permitting, infrastructure and site improvements, RI Ready accelerates the timeline for turning underutilized properties into economic generators. With active sites in communities like East Providence, West Warwick and Westerly, RI Ready is a powerful tool to attract new business, expand Rhode Island’s tax base and create jobs for Rhode Islanders.

Quonset Chief Operating Officer Chelsea Siefert and the RI Ready team recently attended the League of Cities and Towns’ annual convention to share with municipal leaders how they can put this funding to work in their communities
